This Place Is Not Called Ground Zero Anymore

In the summer of 2005, there was a ramp to nothing. To a hole. Today, One World Trade Center stands sixty-four stories high. That's 771 feet. With a floor a week on top of that — maybe even two, now that the weather's nice again.

If there was ever a time to read our all-access story of triumph, of bricks and mortars and men, this is it....
