"It's worth pointing out," says NRO's Kathryn Jean Lopez, "that as governor of Alaska, Sarah Palin had an Israeli flag in her office." This line opens a piece titled "Sarah Palin, the Woman with Dual Loyalties Who Doesn’t Even Know about the Jewish Blood Libel?"
What a thunderous question mark. Thunderous enough, Lopez hopes, to silence all response.
Hopes dashed. It may indeed be worth pointing out that Palin displayed an Israeli flag in her office as governor — but in that case it's also worth pointing out that Republican governor, Republican Governors Association president, and likely 2012 Republican presidential candidate Haley Barbour has in his office a Confederate flag signed by Confederate States of America president Jefferson Davis. Talk about dual loyalties.
I won't hold my breath for Lopez's trumpeting of this fact...
