Steve Boggess, a former top aide to ex-Senate Majority Leader Joe Bruno, has filed a lawsuit challenging the legality of the land compact agreed to by former Gov. David Paterson and the Stockbridge-Munsee Indians as part of the Catskills casino deal. The suit specifically names Gov. Andrew Cuomo and may be the first significant lawsuit
