Elections board splits on appealing Dlott decision

Hours after U.S. District Court Judge Susan Dlott ordered the Hamilton County Board of Elections to review whether hundreds of rejected provisional ballots should be counted in the juvenile court judge race, the board split along party lines on whether or not to appeal – Republicans saying yes, Democrats saying no.
