Siena Poll: NYers Back Cuomo In Budget Battle
In the final days of his budget battle with the Legislature, Gov. Andrew Cuomo threatened lawmakers with the shutdown vs. extender bills option, saying he felt completely comfortable that he would win in the court of public opinion. Turns out, he was right.
